459. Asagao
Today is September eleventh.
Started blooming, at last, around the second floor.

458. YS-11 1st unit

Visited the site at Tikusei where the first unit of YS-11 of National Science Museum is to be tranferred from Haneda.
In the past, the type 2 flying boat placed in front of the National Ship Museum had been weatherbeaten for many years. I was fearful the YS-11 might come to see the same woe. However, surprisingly, unexpectedly, the craft is being assembled inside a dedicated, fancy building as in the photos.
Probably 20 years or so have already passed since I heard a plan of National Aircraft Museum to be built at Haneda. Under the present circumstance where the central government has lost aspirations and has continuously reduced the budgets for the education, and science and technllogies, it looks there is no choice other than to use this type of private initiative, and to exhibit it to the public.
The site is a fun place with art museums, collection of vintage cars and bikes, a steam locomotive, etc. Check here。
457. Clouds in the evening

The clouds seen at the evening walk. The left at the start in the west and the right at the return in the east.
Looks autumn and summer coexist.
456. Medaka food
A medaka food package. It is always difficult to decide the best food for pet creatures. However, years of feed experience brings about a certain type.
This supplier looks to have prepared the food for the space medaka at the time of Ms. Mukai's flight. Its site is, here.

455. Sui sou??
This is a tampering on the photo of the previous item.

The way of writing "Bouka Sui Sou" as in the previous photo is inconsiderate. A simple change into either the combination of China letter and kana, or all in kana will not make sense sooner or later.
Linguistically, Mongolian, Korean, Japanese have no relationship at all with Chinese. And it naturally becomes clumsy works to express them in writing by the idiograms of other country.
Thus, historically, from the time of Ki-no Turayuki, a great poet at the Heian period, our ancesters have strived to escape from the binds of the China characers so that we can express in writing even subtle nuance.
The appearance of this Sui sou must be one of such many trials bobbing up and down in that large stream.
454. CISTERN?
A car dealer started its business at the side of our regular walking street, and hoisted a signboard reading "BOUKA SUISOU" and "FIRE CISTERN".
Mumbling, cistern?, no idea, I returned home.>

453. Kanatoko-gumo (incus / anvil cloud)
Kanatoko-gumo seen this evening in the western sky.
Considering the direction, it looks like there was a very strong updraft around Tokyo.

452. Jyorou-spider
Looking out the window, I noticed gleaming threads of spiderweb. It is by Jyorou-spider. At this time of year, it has become fairly large after repeating moltings several times.

The one hanging upside-down at the left of the photo center is a female spider. Though the males are said to be physically smaller, and hang around at the web outer edge, I seldom see them.
Coming autumn, both the spider and the web get larger. Some build up great webs spanning from the second floor eaves to the fence at the ground.
451. Jim-chan
Suzuki Jimny. 2 years after its release, now we see it here and there. The photo is its Sierra version I saw today at a nearby DIY shop.
I drove the 2-generation old one up to 100,000 km. It was good for the radio and dog. An excellent car. I used to call the car, Jim-chan.

In the long spell of hot weather, the billowing clouds one after another from the morning made us expect the substantial rainfall. But no rain at all. The shot was during the evening walk.
